Just brought in 2009 with my daughter and a bottle of your 2002 Norton. Delicious. What more can be said. The wine made the celebration perfect. I live in Des Moines now but used to visit your winery in Missouri frequently when I lived in St. Charles. After tonight, I know I must soon visit the Herman, MO area again to restock my supply of your wine. I enjoy wine and I can honestly say that your Norton is as good a wine as one can have anywhere in the world. Thank you and congratulations on this excellent vintage. I wanted to write and tell you how much the white sangria was loved at Thanksgiving. We made a double batch thinking that would be enough, boy were we wrong. It was gone in less than an hour!
We purchased enough for 3 batches when we visited you on the last Sunday of Oktoberfest, as did our friends who were with us. But I'm going to save that last batch for me! I already warned my friends that a double batch may not be enough when she prepares hers for Christmas.
A couple of years ago, my wife and I visited your winery. We were greeted by your father. He gave us a fantastic tour of your wine selections. My wife was enthralled with your Norton. I was impressed with your white port. Yummy. We live in St. Joseph, MO and we are unable to buy your wines here.
We gave a couple bottles to her brother who lives in California. Whenever he comes back he buys as much Missouri Norton as he can carry back to his home, but when he drank your Norton, he was amazed at the quality.
